If you sent me an email and it looks like I have not replied to your message, then please check your Junk Mail Folder. Many email programs try (unsuccessfully) to filter out spam messages, and, unfortunately, a lot of legitimate messages often end up in the Junk Mail folder.
Handing over and collecting films and tapes
For the safe handing over of films, tapes and slides, I could either meet you in Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Carnoustie or some other suitable location in the Dundee and Angus area. In many instances, I meet people at the main entrance to Sainsbury's supermarket (near Claypotts Castle), which is located very close to where I live, or in Dundee city centre. My address is:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm;
Saturday - closed;
Sunday - by arrangement for collection and return of media items.
Meeting days and times
Usually, I meet customers Mon-Fri, between 9am and 5pm.
For meetings on Sundays, it tends to be in the late morning to midday, or between 6pm and 8pm.
